Applicant must be a junior year student whose life demonstrates an understanding of, and committment to, the values and ideals inherent in the life of Archbishop Oscar Romero. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need. Selection is also based upon applicant's involvement in and service to the Hispanic/Latino community at Boston College and in the wider community.
